Please arrive 5 minutes before your booking time as our time is valuable and we need to ensure we have enough time to do your dogs groom. If you are later than 10/15 minutes this may affect us being able to complete the groom or us having to refuse the groom , please contact us if you are running late or cannot make the appointment.
Please note that due to local safety regulations and the terms of our business insurance, we are unable to accept or groom any dog breeds that are legally restricted or banned under UK law (such as the XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
The safety of our staff, clients, and all pets in our care is our highest priority. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you are unsure whether your dog falls into this category, please contact us directly before booking.
Cancellation & Late Policy
We reserve dedicated time for your pet’s grooming session to ensure they receive one-on-one care and attention. To keep our salon running smoothly and support our grooming staff, we ask that you review our cancellation guidelines:
- 48-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost, this can be paid before your next groom with us or charged on top of the next groom you book.
- No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without giving prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost, which can be paid before you book next or added on top of your next groom with us.
- Late on pick up: If you arrive more than 10 or more minutes late, on pick up you will be charged a late fee starting at £10. A late pick up fee covers the extra time and care required when a dog stays past their agreed pickup window. Because grooming salons operate on strict schedules—and many mobile or 1-on-1 groomers do not have kennel space—delayed pick-ups disrupt operations, cause stress for the dog, and delay the next client.
If the client refuses to pay to any of the above you will not be able to book in with us until the fee is paid.
